We understand — paying for a report before knowing if it's useful requires trust. This Refund Policy explains how our money-back guarantee works, who's eligible, how to request a refund, and how quickly you'll see your money back.
01What's covered
Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies to:
The one-time paid audit report — refunded in full if requested within 14 days of purchase.
Once the 14-day window has passed, purchases are non-refundable.
The free Campaign Readiness Assessment has no charge, so there's nothing to refund.
Joining Studio is free — there's no purchase, so there's nothing to refund. A client who purchases through a Studio referral code is still covered under the Campaign Improvement Plan guarantee above.
If you were charged twice for the same Campaign Improvement Plan, email us — we refund the duplicate charge automatically, no 14-day window or eligibility question involved.
If your payment succeeded but we were unable to deliver your Campaign Improvement Plan at all, even after retrying, we refund it automatically on request — you should never have to argue this one.
02Refund eligibility
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Request within 14 days of your original purchase date (based on the timestamp on your Stripe receipt)
- Have completed payment — refunds are only available on paid transactions, not disputed or failed payments
- Contact us directly at info@pledgescore.com — do not initiate a chargeback with your bank as your first step (see Section 07)
You do not need to:
- Explain why you want a refund
- Prove you used the report or attempted to apply its recommendations
- Show that your campaign failed
- Fill out any survey
- Return anything
- Give up eligibility because you already used your one free re-score — the guarantee is based on the 14-day window, not on how much of the report you used
03How to request a refund
Send your request to info@pledgescore.com with the details listed below — enough for us to find and verify your purchase. No essay about why.
We'll respond acknowledging your request and confirming the refund is being processed. If we need any additional info to verify the purchase, we'll ask.
We process the refund through Stripe — typically within 1 business day of confirming your request. You'll receive a Stripe notification when the refund is issued.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–10 business days. For some banks and card types, it may take up to 14 business days.
Request your refund
Refund requests go through email only, directly to a real person — no automated form. Email info@pledgescore.com with all of the following, so we can verify your purchase without back-and-forth:
- The email address you used to purchase — we look up your transaction by this
- Transaction date
- Transaction number — from your Stripe receipt or confirmation email
- Campaign name
- Any additional detail that helps us verify and process the request
A request missing any of the above will take longer to verify, since we'll have to reply and ask for it. Complete requests are confirmed within 24 hours.

We refund the full amount you paid, including:
- The full price of the Campaign Improvement Plan you actually paid ($49 list price, or less if a Studio referral discount was applied at checkout)
- Any taxes we collected at checkout
We cannot refund:
- Currency conversion losses — if your card was charged in a currency other than USD, your bank's exchange rate on the refund may differ slightly from the purchase rate. This is set by your bank, not by us.
- Bank fees or third-party charges — some banks or payment providers charge processing fees on international transactions. These are not refundable through us.
- Amounts already refunded — you cannot receive multiple refunds for the same purchase.
05What happens after a refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to the paid Campaign Improvement Plan is revoked
- Your Campaign Readiness Assessment and free features remain available
- Your data may be deleted or retained per our Privacy Policy
You are welcome to purchase again in the future. There's no ban or restriction after a refund.
06Chargebacks and disputes
If you disagree with a charge or want a refund, please contact us first at info@pledgescore.com. We honor our 14-day guarantee and resolve issues quickly.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us can:
- Delay the refund process significantly (chargeback investigations take 30–90 days)
- Result in additional fees imposed by Stripe or your card issuer
- Cause your account to be suspended pending investigation
We're a small team — we respond fast and process refunds fairly. A single email to us is always faster and easier than a chargeback.
07Consumer protection rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including:
- EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive
- UK consumers — 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
- California consumers — rights under applicable California consumer protection law
- Other jurisdictions — applicable local consumer protection laws
Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds these requirements in most jurisdictions. If your local law requires stronger protections, those will apply.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy — purchases made under a previous version are governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase.
When we make material changes, we'll:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify active users via email when the changes are significant
